What you will do
- Orchestrate client projects from start through completion, liaising with all departments and clients.
- Translate client requests into deliverables, estimates, and timelines, understanding scope implications.
- Manage simultaneous projects within budgetary and schedule constraints, monitoring progress and escalating risks.
- Lead quality assurance requirements for projects, ensuring the required level of quality through every step of delivery.
- Initiate project close-out activities and retrospectives.
- Lead efficient meetings and champion agency process and workflow optimization.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of related project management experience in Digital & Direct Mail campaign management at an advertising or media agency.
- Skilled at building strong working relationships with internal and external teams.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong communication skills are required.
