What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of SDRs to generate qualified pipeline for North American sales efforts.
  • Recruit and train SDRs on sales methodologies, product value, and effective prospecting.
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership to develop and execute a strategic growth plan.
  • Define, manage, and optimize key performance metrics and reporting dashboards.
  • Work with marketing to refine messaging and improve inbound lead conversion.
  • Drive a team culture rooted in transparency, diversity, and continuous professional growth.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work hybrid in the Nashville, TN office.
  • 4+ years of individual contributor experience in quota-carrying sales roles.
  • 2+ years of experience leading sales development or outbound sales teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and growth goals.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to drive decisions based on data.
