What you will do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the migration of data from Snowflake on AWS to Azure Databricks and DBT.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and transformations to ensure reliable data processing during and after migration.
- Implement and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform to support cloud data platforms and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and platform integrations while maintaining proper documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering working with modern cloud data platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Azure Databricks, and DBT in production environments.
- Strong experience implementing infrastructure as code using Terraform.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL or ELT data pipeline development.
- Experience working with CI/CD workflows and Git-based version control systems.
