Requirements

  • Maintains and grows revenue base through upsells, account retention, and improving financial gains at renewal
  • Strategically and proactively manages portfolio of high-value and complex accounts
  • Designs sophisticated renewal strategies and rate recommendations
  • Applies analytical skills and independently leads deal tactics
  • Creates effective presentations and conducts impactful business reviews
  • Acts as the primary point of contact and liaises between the customer and internal teams
  • Resolves customer concerns timely and brings creative solutions to bear
