What you will do

  • Lead overall user acquisition strategy for mobile games across global markets.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on major ad networks like Facebook, Google, TikTok, Unity Ads, and others.
  • Manage UA budget, bidding strategies, and campaign scaling to meet targets on CPI, ROAS, LTV, and retention.
  • Analyze performance data, run A/B tests, and continuously optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Product, Creative, Monetization, and Data teams to align UA strategy with business goals.
  • Mentor UA team members and work with ad network partners to explore growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Hanoi, Vietnam
  • 4-5+ years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing in mobile games.
  • Proven experience scaling UA campaigns globally with large budgets.
  • Strong understanding of mobile game metrics (CPI, LTV, ROAS, retention, ARPDAU) and attribution logic.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Comfortable using English in daily communication.
