- Design and execute targeted engagement strategies across the user lifecycle.
- Analyze user data to uncover growth opportunities and refine engagement strategies.
- Improve engagement processes and implement best practices for your client segment.
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting to measure initiative effectiveness and inform strategy pivots.
- Identify and activate key users within prospective accounts.
- Engage senior stakeholders through clear communication and data-backed insights.
Requirements
- High-achieving with a track record of academic or internship success.
- Analytical and comfortable working with data to solve complex problems.
- Clear communicator with the ability to craft sharp, persuasive messages.
- Action-oriented, proactive, and thrive in ambiguity.
- Outcome-focused and motivated by results.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
