What you will do

  • Oversee deployment programs ensuring integration, scalability, security, and reliability.

  • Facilitate workshops and lead conversation design for AI-driven solutions.
  • Assess organizational readiness and guide change management for AI adoption.
  • Provide strategic feedback to product and engineering teams to influence platform evolution.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen living on U.S. soil without dual citizenship.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
  • 5+ years in strategic solutioning and cloud technology deployment leadership.
  • Experience with Salesforce platform and AI/LLM technology deployments.
  • Strong communication skills for executive-level engagement and strategic advisory.
  • Ability to travel 25-50% to customer sites as needed.

Nice to have

  • Experience with U.S. Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or Federal agencies.
  • Background in defense, aerospace, or military logistics.
  • Familiarity with classified environment requirements (IL5/IL6/CNSS #1253).
  • Salesforce certifications and knowledge of Data Cloud and Agentforce platform.
