What you will do
- Design, implement, and test secure, scalable frameworks for autonomous AI agents.
- Build intelligent automation and conversational capabilities using state-of-the-art GenAI and Agentic AI products.
- Develop and maintain MCP server integrations for robust and efficient runtime execution.
- Collaborate with AI researchers, platform and database engineers, and product managers to bring cutting-edge agentic capabilities to production.
- Build foundational infrastructure and tools for multi-agent collaboration, memory/context management, and extensibility.
- Drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI agents through easy integration and safe execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in software development, backend systems, or AI infrastructure, with strong proficiency in Python and working knowledge of additional languages such as Java, Go, and C++.
- Experience in building advanced agent-based architectures and runtime components for next-generation AI and LLM-driven solutions.
- Ability to work with product leaders, architects, and platform teams to design, implement, and test our next-generation agent platform.
Nice to have
- Experience / expertise in agent development, LLM integration, prompt engineering, and runtime systems.
- Experience / expertise in MCP servers, vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture, and NLP frameworks.
- Experience in building autonomous agents, and leveraging AI tooling to create intelligent systems
- Background in backend service development, API design, and building scalable distributed systems.
- Familiarity / experience with SQL Database Engines and concepts, specifically schemas and indexing.
