What you will do

  • Manage all assigned software subscription renewals ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Own contract processes including co-terming, upselling, and subscription renewals
  • Collaborate with account executives, sales managers, legal, and finance teams to support renewals and customer satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with Finance and Sales Management regarding forecasting, pricing, and transactions
  • Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with customers

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States
  • Fluent Spanish speaker with excellent English communication skills
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in software or subscriptions
  • Strong contract negotiation and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed renewal and sales quotas
  • Ability to prioritize high-impact tasks effectively
