What you will do

  • Develop project plans, manage milestones, and mitigate risks from inception to delivery of projects.
  • Track project budgets and ensure deliverables are within specified constraints.
  • Align project teams and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain required quality throughout the delivery process for simultaneous projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and clients, ensuring process adherence.
  • Optimize production workflows and processes for constant improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in CRM and 360 campaign management at an advertising, media, direct marketing, or interactive advertising agency.
  • Experience managing cross-discipline teams including strategy, creative, and technology.
  • Working knowledge of email deployment and campaign management systems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including MS Project and Teams.
  • Is versed in mainstream process methodologies including waterfall and agile.

Nice to have

  • Experience in multiplatform content extensions and original content production.
  • Working knowledge of print production/execution process.
  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Experience with project management/workflow tools such as WorkFront or JIRA.
