What you will do
- Lead annual commercial cycles, manage promotions and trade investments.
- Own AVN & JBP leadership, driving narrative development, financial modelling, cross‑functional alignment, and serving as Coty’s lead negotiator with Amazon.
- Manage executive‑level Amazon relationships, leading QBRs and strategic discussions to unlock growth, innovation, and category opportunities.
- Translate strategic direction into execution, partnering with Trade, Content, and Retail Media to deliver beauty‑standard PDP content, retail media plans, and channel insights.
- Drive operational excellence, overseeing WBRs, supply chain health, launch readiness, availability, retail readiness, and flawless execution of NPD and seasonal activations.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years in ecommerce, Amazon retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven success leading 1P Amazon business operations, forecasting, and commercial planning.
- Demonstrated expertise running AVN, JBP, or major customer negotiation cycles.
- Strong financial acumen with ability to build scenarios, model outcomes, and make investment recommendations.
- Ability to lead complex cross‑functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
- Leadership experience with direct reports or cross‑functional team ownership.
