Requirements
- Must hold an active California State Bar license
- 8+ years of litigation experience, including 5+ years in Lemon Law defense
- Experience managing full case handling responsibilities including discovery and trial preparation
- Proficiency with MS Suite and time management systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
