What you will do

  • Acquire new fitness, wellness, or new vertical partners within the assigned market
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and OKRs
  • Prioritize in-person outreach through meetings, drop-ins, and events, using inside sales tactics selectively
  • Build and maintain strong local industry relationships and attend networking opportunities
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline visibility using Salesforce
  • Present and negotiate with prospective partners effectively

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience with a focus on fast-paced transactional sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Based in Helsinki, Finland with ability to travel regionally
  • Fluent in Finnish and English
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite
