What you will do

  • Work with Founders and Management on high-priority growth and operations topics.
  • Drive and support cross-functional projects across product, sales, and expansion.
  • Identify and analyze growth opportunities by monitoring market trends.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by preparing presentations and delivering insights for leadership.
  • Take ownership of key deliverables and rapidly implement operational processes.

Requirements

  • Be in your final year of a Bachelor's degree, a gap year, or pursuing a Master’s degree in Business or a related field from a leading business school.
  • Possess previous experience through internships or working student positions in fast-paced environments such as consulting, private equity, venture capital, or startups.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills, including the ability to independently prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Be available to work full-time for 4 to 6 months from our Düsseldorf headquarters and, preferably, can start your internship in 06/2026.
  • Have fluency in German and English.
