What you will do

  • Lead technical demonstrations showcasing how HiBob solves business problems.
  • Facilitate multi-threaded discovery sessions with diverse stakeholders to uncover KPIs and pain points.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to define deal strategies and craft resonant messaging.
  • Lead value-based conversations linking product capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
  • Provide actionable customer feedback to product teams to shape the roadmap.
  • Drive team growth through internal enablement, training, and refining messaging playbooks.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the UK with hybrid work arrangement
  • 5+ years in pre-sales Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting for B2B SaaS, ideally in HR-tech.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills for high-stakes conversations.
  • Proven collaborative selling experience across teams and time zones.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical buyers and lead with value.
  • Consultative mindset with resilience and motivation to win as a team.
