What you will do
- Lead the global information security strategy, governance, and cyber risk management.
- Drive compliance and regulatory alignment across all business areas.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen industrial OT and product cybersecurity.
- Develop and implement global security awareness and culture programs.
- Act as a key advisor to the Head of IT and senior leadership teams.
- Steer the work of cybersecurity experts across the organization.
Requirements
- Must have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, IT, or Engineering.
- CCISO or equivalent certification required.
- Minimum 10+ years of cybersecurity experience in a global environment.
- Proven leadership experience in risk management and security governance.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Industrial/OT security experience is highly desirable.
