What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-cultural team of 6 employees.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven marketing and business strategies across 11 countries.
  • Manage full-funnel marketing performance, ensuring efficient spend allocation across all channels.
  • Oversee creative production and localization strategies to adapt campaigns to local needs.
  • Align with stakeholders across SEA, Social Media, Design, CRM, and Product teams to ensure effective reporting.
  • Analyze industry trends and consumer behavior to identify emerging growth opportunities in diverse markets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, data-driven marketing, and market expansion.
  • Proven track record of managing, motivating, and scaling teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience handling and optimizing significant marketing budgets.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing channels and business KPI frameworks.
  • Very good English skills (C1 equivalent) with exceptional stakeholder management abilities.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Linz, Austria.
