What you will do

  • Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests to optimize website elements, including landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action.
  • Use CRO tools such as VWO, Google Optimize, and others to run tests, analyze results, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Apply UX/UI principles to enhance the user experience and ensure a seamless, conversion-focused journey.
  • Communicate test results, insights, and optimization strategies to key stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.
  • Stay up to date with the latest CRO trends, tools, and best practices to continuously refine testing strategies and improve conversion outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in conversion rate optimization, with hands-on experience using CRO tools such as VWO, Google Optimize, etc.
  • Fluency in English is an important criterion, since this role involves working closely with global teams.
