What you will do

  • Own and drive sales-qualified deals from start to finish.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Lead high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-level executives.
  • Apply consultative selling and creative strategies to exceed sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best solutions for clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in closing deals.
  • Strong hunter mentality and results-driven with a proven track record.
  • Proficient in contract negotiation.
  • Strong communication and empathy skills to build trust.
  • Proactive and innovative approach.
  • Full ownership and accountability for your activities.
  • Native level of German and experience in the German-speaking market.

Nice to have

  • Experience building a business unit or team from scratch.
