What you will do

  • Lead the development of complex web features for award-winning trading platforms.
  • Understand and maintain cloud infrastructure for web deployments (e.g., AWS CloudFront, S3, Route 53).
  • Design and optimise CI/CD pipelines for web applications.
  • Implement and tune HTTP caching strategies and CDN configurations for fast experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional React development experience delivering production web applications.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, modern React patterns, state management, and web platform fundamentals.
  • Experience with setting up and managing deployments of web applications.
  • Strong understanding of HTTP caching and optimising web application performance.
  • Experience building and optimising CI/CD pipelines for web deployments.
  • Experience with real-time data handling and WebSocket connections.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools and an AI-positive mindset.
  • Strong English-language communication skills.
