What you will do
- Coordinate and co-facilitate the AAP Working Group, engaging national authorities and civil society.
- Strengthen operational linkages between AAP initiatives and various humanitarian clusters.
- Design and implement capacity-building tools and mentoring strategies for national partners.
- Analyze community feedback trends to influence and inform humanitarian decision-making.
- Represent AAP priorities in high-level coordination forums and inter-cluster platforms.
- Support internal monitoring and gap analysis to improve communication with communities.
Requirements
- Ukrainian citizenship is required.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English is mandatory.
- Demonstrable experience in AAP, community-based protection, or related humanitarian fields.
- Proven ability to facilitate multi-stakeholder coordination with government and civil society.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in synthesizing feedback.
- University degree in social science, political science, or a related field.
