What you will do
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning for security and telecommunications systems.
- Build advanced AI architectures using Neural Networks, SVMs, Decision Trees, Random Forests, and clustering techniques like K-means and DBSCAN.
- Integrate Generative AI technologies such as Large Language Models, agent architectures, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance AI-generated responses.
- Manage and analyze large volumes of data in Big Data environments using cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS, Cloudera).
- Design and maintain complex SQL and NoSQL database queries for data extraction and model training.
Requirements
- Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico with hybrid work format.
- 3+ years experience in model implementation including Neural Networks, SVM, Decision Trees, Clustering, Time Series, and Random Forest.
- 2+ years experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and cloud platforms.
- 1+ year experience integrating LLMs, agent architectures, and RAG/CAG techniques.
- Expertise in Python and use of training accelerators (GPU/TPU).
Nice to have
- Advanced knowledge in Mathematics (Algebra, Probability, and Statistics).
- Experience in feature engineering and managing data variability in Big Data environments.
