What you will do
- Develop profitable sales and achieve annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maximize sales through effective cost benefit proposals and techniques to promote SD Worx solutions.
- Own the proposal/tendering processes.
- Develop a good understanding of prospect and client organizations, including decision-making structure and strategic aims.
- Manage a defined country to ensure self-prospecting and inbound lead management deliver the required pipeline.
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records within the company CRM system.
Requirements
- You have a master's degree.
- Substantive (5 years’ experience) in sales/account management
- Knowledge of controlling a sales cycle.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good IT skills and knowledge.
- Experience of consultative selling appropriate business solutions, HR/Payroll Systems and Knowledge of the market.
