What you will do

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to determine the impact on client operations.
  • Drive the development of new features from conception to deployment.
  • Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams on feature specifications.

  • Analyze product metrics to track customer behavior and performance.
  • Enable internal teams like Sales on new platform capabilities.

Requirements

  • Fluent English required
  • Previous experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Porto.
