What you will do

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Translate research insights into clear, actionable concepts and high-fidelity Figma mockups.
  • Collaborate within a product trio (PM, Engineering, Design) to guide features from discovery to implementation.
  • Iteratively refine existing software components and interactions based on feedback.
  • Maintain and evolve the internal design system through component documentation.
  • Balance ideal user experience with technical constraints and project timelines.

Requirements

  • Proven UI/UX design experience working on complex digital products.
  • Must reside within +/- 2 hours of Central European Time (CET/CEST).
  • Expertise in Figma for concept development and high-fidelity design.
  • Demonstrable experience with user research, usability testing, and design systems.
  • Strong communication skills and a pragmatic approach to cross-functional collaboration.
