What you will do
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Translate research insights into clear, actionable concepts and high-fidelity Figma mockups.
- Collaborate within a product trio (PM, Engineering, Design) to guide features from discovery to implementation.
- Iteratively refine existing software components and interactions based on feedback.
- Maintain and evolve the internal design system through component documentation.
- Balance ideal user experience with technical constraints and project timelines.
Requirements
- Proven UI/UX design experience working on complex digital products.
- Must reside within +/- 2 hours of Central European Time (CET/CEST).
- Expertise in Figma for concept development and high-fidelity design.
- Demonstrable experience with user research, usability testing, and design systems.
- Strong communication skills and a pragmatic approach to cross-functional collaboration.
