What you will do

  • Shape commercial measurement across the funnel, evaluating acquisition, activation, and monetisation initiatives.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for go-to-market strategy and self-serve optimisation.
  • Define how the company understands return on investment and growth across initiatives.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities by delivering deep analysis into customer segments and lifetime values.
  • Apply quantitative analysis to generate actionable insights and drive the adoption of proposed changes in marketing.
  • Innovate on the practices and tools used to deliver insights at decision points, including A/B testing, SQL analysis, data visualisation, and AI.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with experience linking data to revenue outcomes through funnel analysis and cohort performance.
  • Ability to distil complex analysis into clear recommendations for commercial and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bias for experimentation and discovery to improve acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation.
  • Background in commercial analytics roles with a deep understanding of growth strategies.
  • Extensive experience owning and developing experiment processes, including running A/B tests.
  • Advanced SQL skills and intermediate Python/R skills, plus experience leveraging AI capabilities.
