What you will do
- Lead forecasting and capacity planning to align business demand with operational execution.
- Bridge the gap between commercial sales requirements and operational capabilities.
- Identify capacity constraints and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions.
- Develop and track key performance indicators related to cost, capacity, and service levels.
- Construct financial and operational analytical models to facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven problem solving.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Proven professional experience in data analytics, capacity planning, or operations strategy.
- Strong background in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Understanding of local operational and geographical considerations.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
