What you will do
- Administer the learning management system, including publishing events, tracking completion, and managing registrations.
- Coordinate and host virtual webinars and internal training sessions.
- Manage internal communications regarding enablement programs and training updates.
- Provide logistical and technical support for onsite training events.
- Deliver end-user support for training program issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in coordination or program support roles.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS).
- Strong project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms and webinar tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a global mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
