What you will do

  • Design and implement user acquisition strategies aligned with business goals for multiple game verticals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize UA efforts in real time.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Creative, Monetization, and ASO teams to ensure strategy alignment.
  • Contribute to product and tool development for automation, prediction, and forecasting.
  • Participate in M&A audits and due diligence for growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and represent the company at events.

Requirements

  • Location: Europe with hybrid work setup
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in user acquisition, especially social ads management.
  • Passion for mobile games and strong affinity with the mobile gaming sector.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Complete fluency in English, both written and oral.
