What you will do

  • Define and manage the global portfolio strategy for software and digital solutions, aligning with corporate goals, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Support the development of vertical strategy beyond the existing portfolio, focusing on integrated digital/solution business and sales enablement.
  • Explore new business ideas that advance the digital commercial portfolio, taking business leads during early maturity.
  • Prioritize investments, allocate resources, and align market requirements with product roadmaps in collaboration with product management, sales, and regional teams.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as AI into the portfolio.
  • Develop and implement frameworks for portfolio governance, performance tracking, and health monitoring.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in strategic portfolio management, ideally in software and/or digital solutions.
  • Experience in software sales and business development.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across global and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Industry knowledge in commercial cash management.
