What you will do

  • Lead the transformation of manual Excel-based reports into automated Tableau dashboards.
  • Translate complex data into actionable narratives for executive leadership.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects addressing strategic business questions.
  • Consolidate, interpret, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Design ad-hoc analytical reporting to support evolving business requirements.
  • Partner with senior leaders to analyze performance trends, revenue growth, and profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of experience with data visualization and automation tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or MicroStrategy.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis, management consulting, or strategy.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end project ownership and successful delivery.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree.
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Alteryx, R, or Python.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills for influencing senior stakeholders.
