What you will do
- Serve as the solution design authority for Kinaxis RapidResponse and Maestro implementations.
- Act as primary contact for business and IT stakeholders to align project goals and delivery.
- Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end Kinaxis solutions including demand, supply, S&OP, inventory, MEIO, and capacity planning.
- Lead integrations between Kinaxis, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications.
- Lead and mentor a team of Kinaxis consultants, developers, and support staff.
Requirements
- Must have 7+ years hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse and Maestro.
- Strong expertise in supply chain planning processes including Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP, and Control Tower.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing end-to-end project delivery.
- Experience with solution architecture, design, and delivery of Kinaxis solutions in large-scale global programs.
- Ability to work in Agile/DevOps environments and deliver scalable solutions.
- Preferred: Kinaxis Certification and AI/ML integration experience in supply chain planning.
