What you will do
- Convert qualified leads and generate own leads through outbound prospecting.
- Drive business plans and strategize to achieve sales goals and quotas.
- Discover customer business priorities and tailor product introductions accordingly.
- Collaborate with Technical Sales Engineer for demos and technical discussions.
- Facilitate smooth handoff to implementation and support teams and manage customer expectations.
- Upsell additional products and collaborate on pipeline strategy to increase closure rates.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work in Seattle, Washington, United States.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing technology sales or inside sales roles.
- Experience working with small to mid-level companies and knowledge of sales processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant discipline; MBA preferred.
- Experience or understanding of spa, salon, fitness, and beauty & wellness industry is a plus.
