What you will do

  • Perform daily performance monitoring and analyses to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate on AB testing, including planning, test setup, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Design, develop, and maintain monitoring tools, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with different teams to align outcomes and process improvements with strategic business goals.
  • Actively contribute to the development and refinement of business strategies aimed at revenue growth and improved operational performance.
  • Coordinate and support cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment between sales, tech, and analytical teams.

Requirements

  • An analytical & technical mindset with a "hands-on" approach and good attention to detail.
  • The ability to work with large datasets, interpret trends, and translate complex data into simple, actionable insights.
  • 3+ years of experience in roles with a strong focus on data-driven operations, business support, or performance monitoring.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in the English language (both written and spoken).

Nice to have

  • Experience with SQL is a plus.
