What you will do

  • Enable Federal SIs and partners to independently position, demonstrate, and operationalize platform capabilities.
  • Provide technical pre-sales expertise, including delivery of demos, POVs, and workshops tailored to federal mission outcomes.
  • Lead technical strategy for partner-led federal pursuits, proposals, and bid defenses.
  • Collaborate with IT Security, Operations, and ITSM stakeholders to demonstrate use cases and mission impact.
  • Advocate for partner requirements, compliance needs, and feedback to internal Product Management teams.
  • Travel domestically to attend federal SI office meetings and industry engagements as a technical subject matter expert.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States and eligible to work in the US federal market.
  • Extensive experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role, specifically with SaaS/Cloud-based solutions.
  • Proven track record working with US Federal System Integrators (SIs), Federal MSPs, or similar consulting teams.
  • Knowledge of federal compliance and security frameworks such as NIST 800-53, Zero Trust, or FedRAMP.
  • Experience with Modern Workplace transformation, End-User Computing, or Digital Experience Monitoring.
  • Ability to travel domestically to meet with partners and attend federal industry events.
