What you will do

  • Translate services business objectives into marketing priorities and execute demand generation initiatives focused on installed base customers.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, business management, technical experts, and global marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Create and maintain marketing assets including value propositions, customer cases, digital content, and sales materials.
  • Support event marketing for customer events, webinars, and trade fairs with a service and aftermarket focus.
  • Track marketing performance metrics and contribute to digital and marketing automation development.
  • Ensure alignment with company strategy, brand guidelines, and ways of working.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Finland (Vantaa, Jyväskylä, or Tampere).
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in industrial or technical aftermarket services.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, installed base marketing, and value-based selling.
  • Experience in digital marketing, data analytics, and AI-supported marketing.
  • Hands-on mindset with ability to execute campaigns independently and strong ownership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
