What you will do
- Lead design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
- Influence and evolve the organization’s technology strategy and architecture.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to solve highly complex technical challenges.
- Research, evaluate, and introduce new technologies (e.g., LLMs) to modernize and optimize the tech stack.
- Provide deep technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to engineers.
- Own end-to-end solutions, including test automation, as part of an Agile SCRUM team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Java-based technologies.
- Strong experience designing and implementing relational database solutions.
- Demonstrated experience with Web Services and Serialization (JSON, SOAP, REST, XML).
- Expertise in writing optimized and scalable database queries.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as a senior technical leader within engineering teams.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
