What you will do

  • Partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana's overall value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
  • Own the technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities using competitive knowledge and technical skill.
  • Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and the competitive landscape.
  • Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems.
  • Contribute to documentation, blog posts, videos, knowledge base articles, and other enablement material.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
  • Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership for various and complex assignments.
  • First-class written and oral communication skills to collaborate with remote internal teams and worldwide customers.
  • Love solving technical challenges and thrive on bringing creative solutions to customers.
  • Technical mindset and desire to grow technically.
  • Must be located in Switzerland.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
  • Experience with sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC.
