What you will do
- Serve as primary technical advisor and advocate for OTT customers in ANZ and key regional accounts.
- Engage stakeholders from engineers to C-level executives, advising on APIs, integrations, and business impact.
- Drive product adoption, onboarding, and identify upsell, cross-sell, and new customer opportunities.
- Lead or support integration projects ensuring alignment with customer workflows.
- Troubleshoot streaming workflows, encoding pipelines, and delivery performance issues.
- Collaborate with Product, Support, and Global Partner teams to maximize customer success and regional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Experience in technical account management, customer success, or similar roles within OTT, cloud streaming, or media delivery platforms.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and streaming technologies.
- Strong understanding of streaming protocols (HLS, DASH, CMAF), DRM, CDN architectures, and video analytics.
- Ability to engage both engineering teams and C-level stakeholders with strong communication skills.
- Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia or able to work onsite.
Nice to have
- Experience with video processing, content delivery, and video streaming platforms.
- Familiarity with video playback QoE/QoS analytics tools like Conviva, Mux, or Youbora.
- Scripting or automation skills (Python, Bash).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SaaS customer success practices.
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) at Professional or Associate level with intent to upgrade.
