What you will do
- Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key client stakeholders and governance structures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on defined commercial and operational objectives.
- Act as the voice of the customer to influence internal improvements and strengthen NPS.
- Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.
- Monitor account health, mitigate risks, and ensure timely resolution of complex client issues.
- Foster long-term client advocacy and brand promotion.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex client accounts with a focus on commercial performance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the life sciences industry, preferably with clinical data endpoint services.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive outcomes in a matrixed environment.
- Confident communication skills for interacting with C-suite, Medical, Quality, and R&D partners.
- Effective change management and stakeholder alignment capabilities.
- Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom, United States, or Hungary.
