What you will do

  • Build and optimize Claybook processes based on the Allbound Maturity Model.
  • Connect and orchestrate tools such as Clay, HubSpot, Smartlead, and Outbound Sync.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy for campaign execution.
  • Design innovative ways to unlock value through data and technology.
  • Collaborate with Allbound and RevOps teams to support GTM campaigns.
  • Mentor junior team members on automation best practices and platform fluency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience building complex automation workflows and data enrichment.
  • 1+ years advanced experience with Clay and its integration capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with web scraping, data cleaning, and validation.
  • Proficient remote communication skills using Google Meet, Slack, and email.
  • Operate with honesty and integrity.

Nice to have

  • Agency background experience.
  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing, Sales, CMS, and Ops Hub.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and custom integrations.
  • Knowledge of tools like ClickUp, Vector/RB2B, Copy.ai, SmartLead/Lemlist, Ads Platforms, Chili Pipe, and Sendos.
