What you will do
- Engage with government agency leaders to identify operational efficiency and service delivery challenges.
- Analyze regulatory requirements, business processes, and constituent needs to develop tailored digital solutions.
- Lead discovery sessions, gap analyses, and propose innovative architectures for public sector mandates.
- Extract requirements from RFPs and RFIs to assist internal teams in crafting competitive solutions.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing communities and represent the company in industry speaking engagements.
- Build long-term partnerships with government clients as a strategic trusted advisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
- 8+ years of experience in solution consulting or pre-sales engineering focusing on US government clients.
- In-depth knowledge of US public sector procurement laws and federal/state/local compliance standards.
- Proven ability to solve complex challenges in digital transformation and legacy system modernization.
- Strong stakeholder management and public speaking skills.
