What you will do

  • Serve as primary technology advisor to clients, translating business goals into scalable data-driven marketing architectures and roadmaps.
  • Architect integrated MarTech solutions including data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, AI/ML decisioning, and real-time activation.
  • Lead design and implementation of automated decisioning engines and multi-channel campaign orchestration workflows.
  • Oversee configuration and integration of platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze, CDPs, and CMS/DAM systems.
  • Manage and mentor a team of technologists, architects, and developers fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Lead technical workshops, solution reviews, and architecture governance with stakeholders and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Must have 12+ years IT/Technology experience with 5+ years in MarTech, AdTech, or data-driven precision marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign/Journey Optimizer, Braze.
  • Strong experience designing multi-channel campaigns, automated journeys, and real-time decisioning workflows.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, data pipelines, CDPs, and modern data modeling.
  • Proven ability to lead client-facing executive roles and cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
