What you will do

  • Develop the long-term vision and strategy for Stripe’s Optimized Checkout Suite buyer experience.
  • Understand user needs through developer, sales, and support interactions, identifying patterns and trends.
  • Propose experiments to ensure the safest and most performant checkout.
  • Set the pace, prioritization, and execution for the team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Operations.

Requirements

  • Brings 8+ years of experience in a product management role.
  • Has partnered closely with engineers and designers to build products and complex systems at scale.
  • Has an obsession with product quality and an eye for design.
  • Has the ability to thrive with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
  • Brings a desire for continuous product improvement.
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Strong business acumen and comfortable with complex ecosystem and system level problems.
  • Experience with payment integrations is a plus.
  • ML and experimentation experience.
