What you will do

  • Build and manage email campaigns using Mailchimp, track performance, and maintain email lists.
  • Create and post engaging content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms, monitoring engagement and shaping the company’s social media presence.
  • Design marketing materials using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring consistent branding.
  • Assist with website updates using WordPress.
  • Support marketing activities related to events, recruiting campaigns, and other projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp preferred).
  • Familiarity with social media management, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with website management (WordPress preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organization and project management abilities.
  • Ability to follow instructions and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and initiatives.

  • Experience working in AEC or professional services industries.
