What you will do
- Build and manage email campaigns using Mailchimp, track performance, and maintain email lists.
- Create and post engaging content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms, monitoring engagement and shaping the company’s social media presence.
- Design marketing materials using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring consistent branding.
- Assist with website updates using WordPress.
- Support marketing activities related to events, recruiting campaigns, and other projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp preferred).
- Familiarity with social media management, particularly LinkedIn.
- Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with website management (WordPress preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organization and project management abilities.
- Ability to follow instructions and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and initiatives.
