What you will do
- Optimize and standardize sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Manage and enhance the CRM system, ensuring data quality, reporting, and user adoption.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights for growth.
- Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting.
- Develop and oversee a Sales Training Academy, including onboarding and ongoing training programs.
- Implement and manage sales enablement tools to increase team effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, ideally in bioprocessing or life sciences.
- Strong understanding of the full sales cycle from lead generation to order management.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
- Experience in sales enablement and training program development.
- Proven ability to design structured learning programs for commercial teams.
