What you will do

  • Optimize and standardize sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage and enhance the CRM system, ensuring data quality, reporting, and user adoption.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights for growth.
  • Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting.
  • Develop and oversee a Sales Training Academy, including onboarding and ongoing training programs.
  • Implement and manage sales enablement tools to increase team effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, ideally in bioprocessing or life sciences.
  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle from lead generation to order management.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
  • Experience in sales enablement and training program development.
  • Proven ability to design structured learning programs for commercial teams.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
