What you will do
- Execute, monitor, and reconcile refund payments via bank transfers, credit cards, Alipay, and cheques.
- Manage debit orders and reversals against credit card companies.
- Maintain SLA and KPI targets for payment processes.
- Report and escalate transaction errors and failures.
- Support accounting and treasury with necessary inputs.
- Contribute to process improvements and system implementation projects.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Bratislava, Slovakia
- Fluent English communication skills (B1 level).
- Minimum 1 year experience in payment processing or related activities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and take accountability.
