Location: Hybrid, must be based in Sydney, Australia, working 3 days in the North Sydney office and 2 days from home.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, including escalation and coordination of support issues.
  • Stay informed about the CrowdStrike competitive landscape and how to sell the value of our solutions.

Requirements

  • A strong desire to create a successful career in technology sales.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new business and technical concepts.
  • Competitive nature with collaborative team player skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, both in-person and via virtual channels.
  • Customer Service background is a plus.
