What you will do

  • Lead the finance agenda for global transformation programmes, improving KPI visibility and systemisation.
  • Own global investment appraisals, capital allocation governance, and tracking of bid submissions.
  • Drive commercial excellence through robust modelling, pricing strategies, and scenario analysis.
  • Conduct ROCE-focused business performance reviews with regional leadership teams.
  • Develop and shape business cases for strategic initiatives, new product launches, and market entries.
  • Partner with Group Strategy, regional GMs, and executive sponsors to enable smarter investment decisions.

  • Proven track record in driving business transformation and value creation.
  • Deep expertise in commercial modelling, business casing, pricing, and investment appraisal.
