What you will do
- Lead the finance agenda for global transformation programmes, improving KPI visibility and systemisation.
- Own global investment appraisals, capital allocation governance, and tracking of bid submissions.
- Drive commercial excellence through robust modelling, pricing strategies, and scenario analysis.
- Conduct ROCE-focused business performance reviews with regional leadership teams.
- Develop and shape business cases for strategic initiatives, new product launches, and market entries.
- Partner with Group Strategy, regional GMs, and executive sponsors to enable smarter investment decisions.

- Senior commercial finance leadership experience in a complex, multi-entity international environment.
- Proven track record in driving business transformation and value creation.
- Deep expertise in commercial modelling, business casing, pricing, and investment appraisal.
