What you will do

  • Take full ownership of assigned business requests and drive them from initial clarification to final delivery.
  • Collect, analyze, structure, and clearly document business requirements and transform business needs into functional specifications.
  • Work closely with DWH engineers, BI developers and architecture teams to ensure requirements are technically implementable and aligned with BI standards.
  • Prepare test scenarios and test scripts, analyze defects, identify root causes, propose fixes and drive prioritization.
  • Communicate proactively with business owners, finance, IT, and other partners, facilitate workshops and analytical discussions.
  • Work independently as a proactive member of an Agile team and actively participate in team ceremonies and analytic workshops.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, ideally in the area of IT.
  • Experience with BI/DWH or complex IT projects.
  • SQL skills and experience working with databases and data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently end‑to-end.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking.
  • English – B2.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Qlik Sense
